Gutmaxx is a free UK fibre tracker. Add everyday foods, see the grams, aim at 30g without turning it into a contest.

Figures are typical-portion estimates, not lab tests of your tin. Always check the pack when it matters.

Gutmaxx does not take card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your supermarket login. You always pay the shop on the shop’s own site. We never see your card or order.

Accounts and daily logs

You can use the tracker without an account. That log stays on this browser. Sign up with an email and password if you want a daily record that follows you. Signed-in users can also add their own foods.

We store your email and the foods you log, by UK date. We do not sell that. You can delete the account and every saved day from My log.
